Tetra Pak Frigus 1200 Continuous Freezer

The Tetra Pak Frigus 1200 is an industrial continuous freezer designed for high-volume ice cream production. Built for integration into commercial processing lines, the machine continuously freezes and aerates ice cream mix to produce a smooth, uniform product ready for filling, extrusion or further processing.

The Frigus 1200 uses a horizontal freezing cylinder with a rotating dasher and scraper system to provide efficient heat transfer and consistent freezing. Its controlled mix and air delivery system enables operators to manage product overrun and achieve the required texture and consistency across continuous production runs.

Designed for demanding food-processing environments, the machine features robust stainless-steel construction and components suitable for hygienic operation and regular cleaning. Its continuous production format makes it considerably more suitable for large-scale manufacturing than conventional batch freezers.
