The Taylor Frigomat C118 is a professional horizontal batch freezer designed for producing high-quality gelato, ice cream, sorbet, frozen yoghurt and other frozen desserts with excellent consistency and control. Featuring an 11.7-litre freezing cylinder and the capacity to produce up to approximately 30kg of gelato per hour, the C118 is well suited to ice cream parlours, restaurants, cafés and artisan producers.
