Unit for continuous freezing, mixing, whipping and air incorporation - connected to a central refrigeration plant. The selection of a highly compact motor and pulley system enable a narrow design, so it is possible to place several freezers side by side if needed. The internal piping is optimized to enhance space efficiency and serviceability – all of which results in an unusually high output for a footprint of only 1.72 m2. This unit features a unique cylinder that enables a 10% increase in the heat transfer rate compared to older models of freezers. The outer diameter of the pipe remains identical, but the surface of the coolant channel is ribbed to maximize heat transfer.
