Fincher PROMIX300 Pasteurisation Plant

A high-quality mix plant offering essential features, mounted on a stainless steel frame for quick,

plug-and-play installation. Machine is brand new except of rthe homogeniser and heat exchanger are reconditioned.

The standard design includes the following:

- 2 x 300 Litre Pasteurisation Tanks with SEW 2 kW bearing supported mixers with protection against solids. Saftey arms mounted to the CIP pipe to prevent opening when cleaning

- Y strainer for pump protection 

- Tetra Pak LKH homogeniser centrifugal feed pump inverter controlled with automatic air bleed system.

- FBF Homogeniser (reconditioned) with dampers on the inlet and outlet.

- Tetra Pak C3 Plate Heat Exchanger (reconditioned )

- Stainless steel anti slip foot plates. Removable for washing.

- Angle seat valves to control the hot water. 

- Operator-friendly control panel with:

- Tank 1 temperature display

- Tank 2 temperature display

- Mixer controls

- Digital temperature recording

- Water batching system

- Pasteurisation temperature setting

- Endress and Hauser chart recorder 

- Fully mounted on a stainless steel base frame

Design Highlights:

- Self-contained unit requiring only utility connections (electrical power, hot water, chilled water, ambient water, and pressurised air)

- Built using high-grade, hygienic stainless steel for all components in contact with ingredients

The plant has a typical output of 300 litres/hour based on a standard recipe.
