Application

Tetra Pak® High Shear Mixer R200-0P and R300-0P secure efficient mixing of liquids and powders, including the reconstitution and recombination of, for example, milk, fortified milk and soy products. The efficient mixing system produces homogeneous and lump-free products, ready for further processing.

The mixers can handle products up to 300 cP.

Working principle

A batch of base liquid is filled into the batch tank and the turbo unit is started. The required quantity of dry ingredients is fed through the powder hopper. When all ingredients have been added, circulation continues for 5-30 minutes, depending on the product.
