Description

The Fincher CP500 features a vat equipped with heating elements and glycol connection ensuring that your chocolate or syrup is kept at the optimal temperature for smooth and consistent injection.


A discharge tap and a reliable gear pump are integrated into the machine, allowing for precise dosing of the product into the ice cream.


The quantity of sauce can be easily adjusted through the control panel, which is managed by an inverter that regulates the gear pump.


The pump is equipped with a water flush seal designed to prevent abrasive sugar accumulation and protect internal components from wear. Additionally, the pump is capable of handling small suspended particulates, such as nut fragments, without compromising performance.
