Applications include: varieties of dairy products including milk, yogurt and cream, fruit juices, concentrates, purees, and prepared foods to include sauces, dressings and gravies.

Last used for ice cream production at 600 litres/hour but can be uprated to 1800 litres/hour at 250bar.
